Hey, just wanted to hit you up and let you know I finished reading the new chapter. Good stuff. However, I have one question: how can Gabriel go Stray from killing Dora Dildo*? He's not in his Peerage and the rules about Strays were already firmly established very early on canonically.
I do remember Issei not killing him, but my mind is blurred as to the reason for it's been a long time. If it is a legit rule, it sure as hell didn't stop Issei from almost killing Raiser.

Diodora is a high-class Devil of a pillar family, someone who is above the law.
For Raiser it was a duel for the two that anything go and it wasn’t like Riser was any danger since he could be teleported if his wounds are fatal like a peerage game.
